The objective of the Commercial Operations of the Australian Rally Championship:
- Enhance the image and value of the Australian Rally Championship
- Explore all available revenue sources
- Create an image for the Australian Rally Championship which is modern, dynamic and easily recognisable
- Ensure the Australian Rally Championship is sustainable for competitors and organisers
- Increase the profile of the Australian Rally Championship through promotion in all mediums
The Board consists of the following members:

- Scott Pedder
- Sue Evans
The Board are volunteers and receive no direct or indirect benefit. Moreover, no travel, accommodation or telephone expenses are paid to the Board. The Board also rely upon the following:
- Katie Philps – Administration
- Dallas Dogger – Projects
- Brian Richardson – Logistics
- Ian Wheeler – Financials
- Paul Mullan – Television
- Matt Sosimenko - Web site
These persons are also volunteers and receive no direct or indirect benefit. Moreover, no travel, accommodation or telephone expenses are paid to these persons.

None of the Board members have shares or are beneficiaries in any of the above entities other than as a member of the Confederation of Australian Motorsport.
No dividend or loan repayment to the Shareholder was actioned for 2008/2009 and the Board forecast no dividend or loan repayment for 2009/2010.
The Board make the following declarations:
- Ben Rainsford is the Deputy Chairman of the Australian Rally Commission.
- Justin Dowel is a current entrant in the Australian Rally Championship.
- Errol Bailey is Clerk of Course of Rally Queensland and Board Member of the Brisbane Sporting Car Club.
- Paul Mullan is a shareholder and Director of Black Magic Media Pty Ltd, Black Magic Media is the current provider of the ARC television having being awarded the contract post tender 2008.
